HP Quilts makes quilts designed for everyday life.
Our work includes art quilts, wall hangings, and quilts meant to be used and lived with. Some pieces are made to anchor a room. Others are meant to be spread out, folded, washed, and worn soft over time. Everyday life sometimes includes dogs, and some quilts are made with them in mind as well.
I learned to quilt from my mother, Helen, who made patchwork quilts and shared what she knew with me. What stayed with me most was not just technique, but the belief that quilts belong in daily life.
Each quilt is made individually, with attention to color, pattern, and scale. The goal is not uniformity or perfection, but pieces that feel comfortable in real spaces and real homes.
